I just bought a new phone and how to I transfer my square D app to the new one. I am not a computer geek so bare with me.

go to the app store on your phone and get the Square app.
If you are on Android you can click this link. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.squareup&hl=en_US
If you are on Apple you can click this link. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/square-point-of-sale-pos/id335393788
login with your email and password and everything will download from the cloud and be the same as on your old phone.

I download the app but am getting message e-mail address used, create another one. Do I need to delete app on old phone? I need this fix by tomorrow!

I'm not sure what error message you are getting as you can have one account on hundreds of devices.

It sounds like you might have tapped Get Started (or Sign Up) instead of Sign In when you downloaded the app.
Tap Sign In and you should see another screen where you can enter your email address and password!
