How do I receive my $10 back for purchasing a card reader and I don't see a redemption code in the package?

You should see a code inside the packaging that can be redeemed online.
If you have any trouble with redeeming the code, get in touch with our Support Team. Sign in, browse the topics, and click "I still need help" so you can send us an email or call us.

Hello @bigfootpcllc - If you already redeemed your reader here, the $10.00 will go back to the bank account we have in your Square account. If you don’t see the funds within 3-5 business days, please give us a call, we'd be happy to provide you account-specific information.
