How do I cancel a hardware order I placed 10 mins ago, before it is shipped from Square.

Hello @Wakaliwood, welcome to the Seller Community! 

To cancel a hardware order you have to contact our Customer Success team by phone. If your order has been sent to the warehouse, we won't be able to cancel it. In that case you will have to start a return once you receive your reader.

I wanted the payment plan and they just took the whole amount and it was instantly fulfilled

Tried to cancel a hardware order I just placed.  It's ridiculous the run-around I'm getting. Support assistant says you can cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled but that is not true.  Not a good start, Square
