It sounds like you might be referring to the Square Cash app as you are unable to send money through Square Point of Sale.
If this is the case, you can find the answer to most general questions at http://squ.re/cashinfo. For account specific questions, you can contact the Cash Support team directly. They can be reached through the Square Cash app
- Open the app
- Tap on your photo in the upper-left corner
- Scroll down to the "Help" section and follow the onscreen instructions.
You can also contact them by visiting https://cash.me/support and logging in. Unfortunately, phone support for Square Cash is not available at this time. Thanks for your flexibility and understanding! The Cash team will help get you pointed in the right direction.
