How can a client book the same service multiple times. Instead of making several appointments?

The client would not be able to book that, unfortunately. But you could create a recurring appointment on your end from the Square Dashboard, or just book a longer time period for that specific service for that client.
If the client attempts to do this on their end, they will have to book multiple appointments for the same service.

I am a real estate photographer using Square for my payments and Square Appointments so agents can book me for their real estate listings. I also offer them headshots too. When an agent books a headshot AND a listing photography session, how can they split the dates. Say the agent wants to book a headshot on Monday but photography for her listing on Wednesday. Right now, it appears they can select both a headshot and a photography session for their listing BUT they cannot choose separate dates. Please advise a workaround. Thanks.

Hey there @AlarraG thanks for reaching out to The Seller Community. Square does have the ability to book reoccurring appointments. But you want your customer to have the ability to book correct?

I hope they can add this feature or adjust it. I have a client who is trying to book a hair cut for her and her 2 daughters. She wants to show up at one time and have me do all 3 appointments, one right after the other. She is able to book multiple services that aren't the same. Example: 1 Women's Cut, 1 Mens Cut, 1 Brow wax. But she is unable to book 3 Women's Cuts all in the same booking. She has to book each cut separately making it harder to determine when I have the opening to accommodate all 3. I hope this makes sense.

Hey @BBH918 thanks for reaching out with this follow-up. I did reach out to our team and this we are a feature request right now. I recommend submitting a feature request on our new Ideate Board, our new process of tracking feature requests.
Our team did have some suggestions in the meantime but honestly, they aren't the easiest, "It may be something where the seller manually books and just adjusts the time and price on the one service. then add appt notes so it's noted that it's three cuts, not one, but outside of that, it would have to be 3 individual appointments." I wish I had a better answer for you but we do not have a workaround for this right now. We will make sure to track and provide updates on your feature request.
