How can I update the form enquiries send address

I have a contact form on my site. I would like to update the email address that enquiries are sent to. If I go to, website > edit site > the page where to form is > settings > form settings, I can see the existing email address but it's greyed out, I cannot update it. I have looked in all the other settings areas that apply to my account but I cannot find anything that seems to apply.

Hi @HolsPel On the dashboard, go Online / Website / Edit Site

Click on the Contact section of your site

Then go to Settings / Form Settings / Email Notification

Edit to the email you would like

Sorry. Just noticed you have looked there already

Hey @HolsPel, thank you for flagging this.

The steps you described above are usually what we would recommend in order to change the email notification when a customer enters their details on a submission form. I checked on my own dummy account and I was able to change it successfully.

Would you be able to send a screenshot where the email address is greyed out, if at all possible? If I can see what it looks like on your end I might be more equipped to find a resolution. Thanks!

Hi @k_atie Thanks for getting back to me. I have logged back in to try again and I did manage to update the address. It would not let me simply update the existing address, I had to click a down arrow next to the email field that showed a select menu with one option ‘Home’, if I selected that option the email address then became a field I could update. Once I had updated the address there wasn’t a ‘Save changes’ button to approve the change, I had to go to one of my other pages and then back to my form page > settings to make sure the address had been updated. It worked but it wasn’t very intuitive.

Thanks for getting back to me @HolsPel, glad it worked out in the end! I can definitely see why that process wouldn't be intuitive though. We're always looking for ways to improve our products so I'll be sure to pass your feedback over to our team.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
