How can I sync my online sale reductions with my in-person sales?
Hi,
I am hoping someone can help me! I have a number of my items marked down in the sale on my website. However, when I select those items on my terminal device, the full price comes up which means I risk overcharging my in-person customers. Is there a way of syncing the two so I don't have to apply the discount manually?

At the moment, it isn't possible to sync the sale price between Square Online site and the Square Point of Sale app.
Aside from applying the discount manually, you can setup an automatic discount from your Square Dashboard so that when the item is selected in the Point of Sale app, the price is automatically adjusted to the sale price. If it's a seasonal sale, you can also set a date range for when the discount will stop applying.
