Help with installing pixel please

Trying to synch with Facebook.

I've linked to my FB page, but when I try to install / choose pixel, it takes me to ad manager app, which I've now installed but see no reference to pixel

I have no ideas left!

Please help!

When you can, please take a look and make sure your settings match what's outlined in the article, it sounds maybe a step may have been missed.
