Help with Location Management

I have now lost access to my appointment book and clients on my Square app. It is asking for a location now and I followed the instructions and used my desktop to try and sort this out and I'm receiving an error message that my location is already being used? I have no idea what to do, I work all day and have spent HOURS on hold trying to get in touch with customer service, I've talked to 3 different people that proceed to tell me they cannot help me and ask to place me on a 'brief' hold to get me to someone that can help then I after 20 minutes goes by I have to hang up to take a client or request a call back and when they finally call I'm busy, because I have a job.
