Have sold items from Simpletix connected to Square but the Inventory is not updating
Hello,
I have set up Square and used Simpletix to start selling tickets to an event. I've sold a few tickets and I can see those sales via the app and Dashboard. However when I try to see how many tickets are remaining both the show me the total number of tickets I set up in Stock. I have a low stock alert set but I haven't crossed that threshold yet.
My main concern is that I want to see the In Stock count decrementing as tickets are sold. From what I can tell I should be seeing that in both the app and Dashboard. Is this a correct assumption? If so, what reasons might there be for not seeing the In Stock value decreasing accordingly.

Hello @tconverse, I'm very sorry for this late reply. I'm double checking for you if your ticket inventory should sync with your Square Dashboard and I'll reply here as soon as I can! In the meantime, can you track ticket sales from SimpleTix?
