HTML title tags and Meta Description

Hello, I have created and published my website and reviewed my website on TotalSEO. The main thing that keeps popping up is that I have no "HTML title tags" and missing "Meta Description" how to I fix this? 

From what I can see on the weebly thing I have filled in SEO on ALL pages and literally everything (pictures, products, pages ect.) on my website. But Meta and HTML are still missing? How do I fix it?

I have already looked at the guide. I have used it step by step but HTML and Meta Description is still missing on my site and I don't know how to fix it because like I said.... I've filled everything in
