Hi Everyone,

Can someone please, assist, I have done a stupid thing and pointed my website to another another platform known as pagevamp, Can anyone at Square please cancel the settings as these clowns take forever and a day to come back to me and its so frustratiing.

Hey @Brymonte23, I will definitely do my best to help! If you had simply point the domain to the new site, you should be able to point it back by updating the DNS records. 

If you have started the process of transferring your domain, you should be able to cancel the process by:

1. Go to the Domain area of your Square Online Overview page.

2. Select the domain you want to work with.

3. Lock your domain by selecting Enable under Registrar Lock.

4. Go to your new host and cancel the transfer process with them directly. You may need to reach their support team for assistance.
