I cannot publish updates with the website because I receive the following message:
Your site is using features your plan does not include. Upgrade now or remove the following features to publish your site.
Modify or remove these premium elements and features:
Members
How do I delete the members feature since I do not need it?
P.S. I took this website over at my work and was not trained so I am learning on the fly.

You can remove the members by logging into the site editor and clicking Settings (at the top of the editor) then Members (on the left). You will see a list of names and if you click the menu to the right of the name you will see the "delete" option.
You might need to also edit your pages that are assigned to only "members view". Click on Pages at the top of the screen, then review the page names on the left to see if any are not set to PUBLIC. Click on the non-public pages to change the view setting from restricted to public.
Can you also confirm the website URL?
