Generating a price list
I have my square set up for selling in a school store. I would like to have a QR code available for students to see what items are available and the prices each day without walking into the store. Would it be possible to do this with square? Would I have to create the online square site? If so, can I have it linked to my items in square?

Hi MG-Ppsstaff,
Interesting question ... you could setup an online Square website and associate it with your Square POS to track your item inventory however, it may be a lot of work behind the scenes on your part - I'm assuming you are a school staff member too - this could turn out to be a 2nd full time job as now you're running a business too per say. If you had an online Square site, you would only need 1 QR Code that would direct the student to your Square website. Another option would be to create a PDF type file that lists your items and prices - again this would some additional work on your end - if your school has an intranet (basically an in-house internet site which is only accessible via the schools network), then you could easily create a QR Code that contains the site's address. The students would click the code and be redirected to your PDF file. Just some thoughts of course from a previous life. (Happy to be retired !!)
