Free card reader question

I set up a new account for our school, but also have an existing account with a non-profit organization.  I am not seeing the option of getting the free card reader.  It is showing the cost as $10+tax in my cart, and not showing any Orders with a free reader on the way.  Do we not get a free card reader because I am the person who signed for both accounts, though they are 2 separate accounts?

Hi @kca - You are correct, only the first reader for a completely new Square user is available for free so if you've opened an account in the past, any new accounts that you open are ineligible. Since this account is not for your personal business, I recommend reaching out to our CS team directly to see if anything can be done for you.
