Free Card Reader

Whilst looking for a card reader for my newly started business i came to Square via a google link that said ''Free Card Reader when you sign up with Square'' 

After going through the onboarding process, i can see no such options and its asking me to pay to obtain a card reader. Does anyone know how do we go about this?

The offer for a free Reader when signing up is actually only available for Square accounts in the USA, not the UK. This ad definitely shouldn't be coming up if you are searching online from the UK, so apologies for any inconvenience caused. 

We do have a promotion though, which you may be interested in. When you invite friends to join Square, you both benefit from reimbursed card processing fees. For each person who activates their account through your referral link, you’ll both receive reimbursements on processing fees up to £1,000 in sales over the next 180 days (6 months).

You can share your unique referral link online, or you can automatically add it to your customers’ receipts.
