Editing custom fields customer

Once I have added a custom field for customers, it appears that I can not edit it to make like changing option names.  They are all greyed out.  Is this correct?

I'm not quite sure I know what you mean. Cnn you send a screenshot of where you're seeing these grayed-out fields?

Here's a screen shot ....  Anything with the greyed cross hatched area is not editable.

Thanks for the reply, @BobChristenson! This is strange, indeed. And just to make sure we are fully clear - you are seeing this under some of your customer details within the Customer Directory? At a glance, this screenshot looks like an item customization screen - but I could be mistaken here.

Yes - Customer Directory.  We're trying to add information about our customers as it relates to their membership with us.

Got it. Thanks for the reply, @BobChristenson! I just did a few tests on my device and I wasn't able to recreate these kind of custom fields or greyed out spaces.

 

I would like our Support Team to get some eyes on this. Would you mind reaching out to them when you get a chance? They will take a deep dive and see whats going on.

I am seeing the same thing as BobChristenson.  I am not able to edit the Customer Custom Field Selection items -- they are greyed out.  How do I edit them, please?

I can edit the name of the custom field, but not any of the selections.
