Edit Confirmation Email
When editing our confirmation email, I can add text boxes but I cannot delete/edit the preset elements. How do I delete/edit the preset email confirmation? And when I send a test email, the subject received is 'download is ready' which is not suitable for my product. I'm missing something - how do I change these things? Thanks!

Happy to see you back in the Community.
You can’t change every detail of the notification emails - some content is automatically generated and specific to each order, so it can’t be removed or edited in the email editor (for example, the Order Number, Download Information, Pickup Information ) - but you can add more content and customize the look of the email.
As for the subject, this can't be edited either, unfortunately.
