Domain transfer from Wix to Square (.com domain)
Hi, I am im in the process of transferring my domain from Wix to Weebly/square. The update states that you are waiting for Resiter.com. Having spoke with Register.com last night they have advised that it is square/weebly that need to provide the update. They were also confused as the authoirsation code i have been given has come from Wix, & they have stated that this should actually come from Weebly.Square.
I really need some assistance - I am now without a website at all - on a weekend, and before mothers day - which is extremely problematic as I am an online only business.
I would be grateful if someone could give me an update as to the exact status of the transfer and an idea of when the website will be ready for customers to use and if there is anything else i need to do in order to expedite the process.

Can you use your square.site subdomain for now and then hopefully @tranguyen or @Helen could hopefully give you some insight on this, alternatively, contact support on https://squareup.com/help/gb/en or there may be a phone line that can help you as well.

Transferring domain can take up to 7 working days but your website should be accessing during this time, according to our guide. If possible, can you share your domain with me? That way, I can check it further and if needed, escalate it to the ECOM specialist team who can also take a look.
