Does anyone know how to organize upcoming orders by pick up date?

our system allows our customers to chose a pickup date for a grocery box, is there any way to just print orders for the next day? instead of printing all the orders at once.

The way it works is that it only prints the tickets according to the prep time you set. If your prep Time is 30 minutes and at 9 am someone puts in an order for 4:30 PM, it will only print the ticket at 4:00 PM

So if you set your Prep Time accordingly, that's when it will print the ticket.

Just keep in mind that the prep time affects how soon in advance the customer can order. If you prep time is 8 Hours, the ticket will print 8 hours in advance, but the customer can only order something 8 hours ahead of time.

Hope that makes sense & helps!

Hi @JustinC  & @pessosices ,

Would the same be true if I was to use a system like fresh kds? We currently offer take away for collection at our restaurant Friday-Sunday but customers can pre-order throughout the week.

Would an order put in on Monday for pick up on Friday evening appear on my KDS on Friday with the required prep time?

I've noticed that on bumpkds the dockets are being pushed through when the order is made by the customer and not on the day it's been scheduled for pick up.

Any help would be appreciated!

Lil

When reviewing orders on my pos they are listed in some random order.  Is there a way to have them show up chronologically so they display the earliest pickup times first?
