Does Square have test credit card numbers?

We are renting most of a Square POS system from a large fireworks distributor for the fireworks sales season this year. We are open for 9 days and run lots of transactions. we arenew to Square software and hardware. We will be use the fireworks company's merchant account. I am wondering how I, and my team, can learn how to use the system before we open for business. I don't want to use my credit card or have my staff use their credit card just to run two or three transactions in order to get used to how all the pieces work together. I know that some companies have test credit card numbers; one number for each card brand. Does Square have what I call test credit card numbers?

While we're still highlighting this feedback with our team, it doesn't look like this is currently in the works. 

A number of factors, such as demand, cost, and other features currently in development just to name a few, are considered when feature requests are assessed and prioritized. I understand that this probably isn't the answer you were hoping for, but we will provide an update if there is any news on test credit cards being available.

As a veteran of 30 years of IT development, I find it to be a significant omission that there's no sandbox or testing mode for running orders through the system while simulating bank approval of cards. It would be a simple toggle that would simulate transaction approval while posting each sale with "TEST" appended to each transaction ID.
