Disable Square Teams clock in

How do I disable certain team members from clocking in on app and only let them use SPOS to clock in?

Hey @Shoop, welcome to the Seller Community 👋!

You should be able to disable the ability to clock in and out using the team app from your Square Dashboard. Please note that disabling this will remove the ability for all Team Members. At the moment, there isn't a way to remove this option for just certain members.

To do so:

1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard
2. Head to Timecards > Settings > Team App
3. Toggle the Clock in/out from team app from blue to grey
4. Click Save
