Did anyone else NOT get their month in review summary for February? I contacted square to follow up and they said they sent it but i rever recieved it , and they said they can't RE-send it- which is odd. I get all my other emails from them and have recieved all previous month reviews. I thought it was weired that it can't be re-sent.

Hello @NoEqualRecords, thanks for posting about this and I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive this report. I haven't seen anyone else mention this in the Community but I will keep an eye out!
Square emails can sometimes skip your inbox if you set up certain filters, or they can sometimes accidentally get marked as spam. If you've checked your filters/spam folders you can review your Februrary sales from the Sales section of your online Dashboard. I also see how it would be handy if we could resend a report for you, thanks for brining this to our attention!

Yes, I missed it too, so thanks for reinforcing this, we are awaiting a response from the admins/moderators/managers to see what happened and if precautions are in place to avoid this happening again... sometimes technology just doesn't go our way, I'm sure there has been a fix put in place!

We didn't receive April or May's Month in Review! 😥

We are only missing April 2021's month in review and would love there to be an option to resend. "Helen's Best Response" doesn't point to a condensed summary like the email provides and we're still trying to find a way to view the total customers (new and returning) for the month as the loyalty page doesn't seem to provide that.

We really need this report. I agree that there are many items in the report available on our dashboards, but I'm with you when it comes to gathering customer information. The loyalty page isn't helpful in that manner. As a nonprofit organization, we have been working on the various dashboards within the org that supply us with data useful for grant writing among other things. The square monthly report supplied us with much of the useful data we need to scale our growth and determine marketing strategy.

We did not receive our April - Month in Review email and cannot find anywhere to resend it via the desktop or app versions of Square. Are you able to assist?

I also am no longer getting Month in Review emails. I did check spam. I realize some of the information is available in Reports, but not all of it and it's not in one concise place. Hard for those that use the email for tracking KPI.

Hey there @Joesephine
Since these emails are 100% automated to every Sellers monthly, we don't have a way to resend or investigate the root cause of you not receiving this email. One piece of advice I have given Sellers in the past is to place an email from a different provider as your account email and test if next month the email is received. If it is then it would be just a matter of contacting your email provider for them to confirm why the emails are not being delivered (this is called email dropping).
