Delivery Issues
Hi
My clients often book 1-3 weeks in advance (previous site provider allowed a drop-down box in the checkout page). I've followed the steps to set up scheduled pick-ups & deliveries but in my testing, it still doesn't allow clients to select a day or time. I automatically select the earliest time & date.
Is there something I'm missing, it's super important for my clients to be able to choose a day/time rather than having to email separately.
Ideally, I'd like hour slots is this possible?

Hi @afrisian, thank you for reaching out!
At the moment, you can only set up scheduled pick-up but not delivery. If a customer select delivery as their fulfilment method, they will be automatically assigned a specific time based on your prep time and delivery time.
With the scheduled pick up as well, at the moment, the slots are assigned in 5-minute increment rather than by the hour.
We develop Square Online Store on an ongoing basis so I'll be sure to take note and pass your feedback to our Product team so we can take these features into consideration for future releases.
