Cash drawer management must be turned on in the app on the iPad you are using.
Cash drawer management must be done on the iPad.

So there is no way of tracking the cash drawer sessions remotely?

You can see all the drawer reports remotely, but they must be done on the device that is connected to the drawer, So at shift change or end of day the report must be logged on that device.
