I occasionally make a mistake when entering the amount to charge, and I can't find an easy way to correct it. I usually have to sign out of my account and then come back in.

@knp072343 - I've made the same mistake myself! I'm happy to share that there are two options for resetting a sale with out having to quit out of the app on your smartphone.
1. Tap the "C" button in the bottom left corner.
2. Clear the entire sale. This option is especially important if you've added items from your item library. You'll just want to tap "Current Sale" in the top center, and then "Clear Sale."
PS) If my answer solved your problem, would you mind marking it as "Best Answer"? That'll help the rest of the community find what they're looking for. If not, just write back, and I'll continue to help. Thanks!

@meremele You are correct the iPad does not have the "C" key.
To clear out sales quickly on the iPad there is an arrow key. You will find it directly above the orange plus key.
Now the arrow will not clear the whole sale like the "C"key. When you click the arrow key it will delete the last digit entered.
If you have any other questions on clearing out sales feel free to comment back! 😀

The iPad doesn't have a C key. Is this only available on a phone?

This sounds good, but my screen doesn't have a "C" as part of the number pad - instead it has a double zero. I wish it did have that "C"!

Hey @annesimages47! Not sure if you saw Chad's answer above, but he explains another way to clear out the amount if you don't have the "C". 👍🏼

Hi @Kasahra - there should be a "Mark as Best Answer" on the bottom of the comment, but you may only be able to mark as best answer if you started the thread.
