Client Social Media Consent
I am a Dog Walker/Pet Care Professional who has somewhat recently transitioned to using Square Appointments.
I'd like to add a Social Media Consent form to my appointments page- something that will pop up when they book an appointment, or something that pops up when they pay where the client can choose YES/NO to consent to use photos of their pet on the businesses social media page.
Any ideas?
The best I could come up with was in the welcoming message when they request an apointment while they're waiting for me to approve it.

Hello @SideKicks! A pop up like the one you're describing isn't available with Square Appointments yet. We've shared a workaround here Custom booking questions and fields? and another one - using a third party integration like JotForm - here.
Would either one of those work for you in the meantime?

I don't use Appointments, so I'm not sure about the exact configuration, but I have an idea:
What your split so far of consent vs non-consent?
If you've found thatmost of your clients do consent or don't care: maybe just doing a blanket statement something along the lines of "By booking an appointment you automatically consent to use of photos of your pet for marketing purposes. To opt-out and revoke consent ... (do something)." ?
I can see how some folks might be hesitant to book if you have that disclaimer, but could be a work around if you've found that most do consent or don't care.
