from the Dashboard goto Accounts & Settings and it will be under Personal Information>Basic Information click the edit button next to email.

Originally my husband created an account using his current email address. We wanted to get the offer of so many free transaction for being a new account. We also have another account for our other business. So when we couldn't get the offer we thought we deleted his account and created a new one with a new name. Everything has been fine except we would like to use his original email address. Every time we try to change it we get that account is already in use. How can we change back? Thank you for your help.

@Minion That method doesn't work for me, because the verification number will be sent to my old email address (in the drop-down tab), which I no longer have access to. It's the very email I'm trying to change. I want to change without using a cell phone.
