Can you have more than one SKU on your Square storefront? And do SKUs have to have numbering format?

I have one SKU on my Square account, and thought I had added a second SKU. But when I went back to my account a few days later, only the original SKU was there. Can you have more than one SKU, and is there a number format that is needed to have more than one SKU? Please advise.

Hi @Bordeaux10, we have several items on our Square online store, and they each have their own SKU.  So yes, you can have more than one SKU in your online store.  And the numbering format for SKUs is up to the customer.  Square doesn't have a format requirement that I've seen.  We make up our own SKU numbers.

 

You could try one mroe time adding a second item to your online store. Be sure to go through the full process of adding it so that the item is saved. Hoepfully then you'll be able to have multiple items in your online store.
