Is there any other way to edit an invoice after a customer pays it other than canceling the invoice?
Say a customer whats to change the color of their item after they pay for the invoice. Is there anyway to go back and edit the invoice or do I have to cancel the invoice, returning their money, and then create a new invoice?

@JKRDesigns - Unfortunately, you're unable to edit an invoice once it's been paid. You'll need to refund it under Transactions and send out a new one. However you can Duplicate the original invoice and modify the item field so you won't have to re-enter your customer's info.
Steps to Duplicate:
1. From the Dashboard menu, head over to Invoices.
2. Click the paid invoice (details should pop open to the right)
3. At the bottom, hit Duplicate.
I hope this helps!

Duplicating invoices to edit is terrible. Then the new invoice is unpaid and then has to be marked paid and it adds to the sales as new income for the day which skews actual sales. We may have to use a new invoice system because there are a lot of times when a customer wants to add writing to the cake or change a color or move the pick up date and it creates a huge mess to duplicate and cancel invoices all the time. Then we have to pull old invoices from the book before adding the new ones and it’s getting sloppy. We REALLY REALLY need the option to edit after payment.
