Can anyone recommend a Bluetooth order printer that I can use with the square app from an android and its tablet?

Ideally one that doesn't cost a fortune

The short answer is no. 

The longer answer: 
Square on android doesn't support any bluetooth accessories apart from the reader itself. It is possible to use a USB printer directly with most android devices (so you'd not need a full network set up, but would need to be a cables length away at most). 

I've got most of the ones I use from eBay, either new or bargain used ones. Fortunately USB interface ones tend to be the cheapest. Check out this compatibility chart then get surfing for cheap auction.

So there is no way to use a wireless printer with an android tablet? Which means it has to be wired. How? Will it just plug in to the mini USB?

And what about IoS? Does Square on apple support wireless printers?

You can use wireless printers via Wi-fi & Ethernet with android. 

with iOS there are a number of BT printers that are supported too.
