The answer to your question is yes, you can use Square Card at an ATM. When activating the card, you were asked setup your pin. If you forgot it, you can reset it from Dashboard.

I want to take money off my Square card, but am not sure if there is an ATM around my area that is fee free.
Any suggestions are helpful.
What bank, What store, anything is helpful
I am in Las Vegas Nevada now.

Square itself doesn't charge any ATM fees for using them. A quick google search, I see that One Nevada bank offers free atm withdrawals. I'm not sure if maybe opening up an account would benefit you, depending on how often you plan to use ATM's, but the pros may outweigh the cons to have a secondary account.
