Hello! Is it still possible to receive a 1099k if I don't qualify? I still have to file taxes. Please help. Thanks!

It is not required by the government to send these forms to people who don't meet the requirements that trigger the form being necessary.
All the information that is on the 1099-k is available to you if you run a report on the year's activities and you can use that to file your taxes.

If a previous years 1099-K is not showing up on your Online Dashboard, this would mean that you did not qualify to receive one for that year of sales.
