Can I set some items to complete their orders automatically?

Is there a way to have certain items in my store mark themselves as completed automatically, as soon as the transaction is paid? I run a (very simple and casual) Square store for the employee association at my job that occasionally sells things like t-shirts and coffee mugs for fundraising. Those items I want to keep as they currently are, where an order is marked as pending until it's picked up or shipped. But the association also stocks a snack bar in the break room, and that's always worked by people just grabbing their candy bar and dropping a dollar in the jar on the honor system.

People were asking us if they could use Venmo or something to buy snacks since they never had cash, so we added a 'snack bar' item to the inventory on the Square store, and it's been so successful that I sometimes have 50+ pending snack orders when I check the Weebly app. I know I can log onto the full website and bulk edit the orders to mark them completed that way, but is there any way to have just the snack bar item mark itself as complete as soon as the order is placed so that I don't have to mess with them or go digging through them all to make sure I haven't missed a coffee mug order that needs to be filled?

Could you use the self serve tools that Square offers? 

This would allow your customer to scan a QR to pay just like POS without the person to person contact when paying, it simply guides them to a Square Online Checkout page where they can easily checkout with platforms like Apple Pay!

We're doing something similar already, just without setting up tables or locations, there's a QR code for the general merchandise webstore taped up on the break room wall so everyone can pay for their items that way. 

My understanding is that the Square self serve option still generates a pending order for the kitchen that has to be marked as fulfilled after the food gets prepared and served, is that correct? Since this is just an unstaffed grab-and-go selection of prepackaged snacks, I'm hoping to find a way to have everything complete itself during the checkout process so I don't have to click through and close it out every time someone wants a granola bar.
