Can I mark an order as dispatched without it sending the buyer an email?
I have forgotten to mark an order as dispatched. It was sent and received a few weeks ago so I don't want the buyer to be sent an "your item is on its way" email as this will just confuse them. Any suggestions how I can get the order to show as "completed" rather than "active"?

@maddy-b we forget every so often. We just set to in progress then dispatched. If we get an email asking about it we just explain. Customers are generally very understanding once they are informed.
