Can I do one transaction with 2 different user bills for separate commission in Team commissions?
Hi everyone, I hope your business is doing good!
My hair salon team all have their own user PIN codes for commission purposes and we sometimes share services, like I do the colour and my colleague does the haircut, so 2 bills on one transaction.
I log in with my PIN, add a hair colour service, log out. Then my colleague logs in with their PIN and adds their haircut to the bill, so ยฃ76.90 for the 2 services on one transaction that works fine for payment.
My problem is that whoever takes the final payment of the 2 services gets the whole commission from ยฃ76.90 when the first users bill is still there but they don't receive any commission.
How do you seperate the commission between the 2 stylists without doing 2 seperate transactions which would be hassle for the customer paying twice, please help.

At this time, there's no automatic way to split commissions between staff members, it would have to be a manual process.
The only similar feature that we have is if you are using Square Appointments, you can allow multiple staff to be booked in a single appointment and tips on multi-staff appointments will be split proportional to service value.
If we do introduce anything at a later date for commissions, I will let you know here. @Smoki666
