Can I add a custom message and/or hyperlink after checkout?

As the default, after a customer checks out they are taken to an order details page. This page says Thank You! We've received your order and provides additional order details. Does anyone know if I can customize this message? Furthermore, can I provide a hyperlink that takes them to a different page? In this case, I need to route my customers to a liability release page hosted on another website.

HI, the default checkout is for all businesses so it can not be changed.  You can add a required checkbox to each item for the liability release.
