Hi, I want to have a button in my marketing emails that opens up the customer's email programme ready to send an email to my customer care email address. The reason I need to do this is I am finding that people hit reply and then ask questions, which I cannot reply to from the normal Feedback section. Then it just looks like I'm ignoring them.
However, when I add the button to the campaign email I do not have the option of making it for an email address. I will attach a screenshot in the replies (I cannot add screenshots, photos etc in the original message for some reason). I need to know how I can have the button lead to an email address. Thank you!

I can't click on the Link Type drop down menu.
