Booking options on the calendar

We do not have two different options on the calendar we have discovered while residents have been attempting to book one of the grills. As an example, you can only book one grill in each timeslot when there are two grills for each timeslot.

That's correct. There's not a way to book two appointments in one timeslot at this time with Appointments.

 

That's currently a feature request but isn't available.

so i have a indoor golf company, with 2 bays for people to book. 

when someone books bay 1 @ 11am someone else can also book @11am....

 

is there a way for that booked to move to bay 2 if the time slot is open or give them the option?

Hi @CK_Performance, thanks for raising this! This is still a feature request. 

 

However, there is a workaround to allow 2 customers to book the same slot. You can create a Resource for each of your bays and add them to the Service. Please note that you may need to create an employee profile for this purpose because the system requires one staff member be available and be bookable online for each resource.

 

When you create a second staff member your Appointment subscription price may increase depending on the number of staff you have currently. You can check the price here.

 

This is not ideal but is a workaround that might work for your case. We will let you know in this thread if this feature becomes available. Please let me know if you have any question.
