Autosend email by category

Is there a way to autosend email when orders are placed with items from specific categories? Eg I work at a bakery and I want all orders containing items from the CUSTOM CAKE category to autosend an email receipt.

This is currently a feature request. We don't have the ability to single out receipts based on purchases made from a certain category. But I can definitely see how that would be helpful for your line of business!
