Automatic payments
I have closed my business. A few of the automatic payments are still coming to me. How do I shut off a member’s card?

Hello there @Franziska
There are two ways to go about this. The first one is, that you can go to your invoices and cancel any active recurring invoices and cancel or end the particular recurring invoice. And lastly, you can visit your Customer Directory and find the desired customer and remove their card on file.
