Attaching Contracts to Recurring Invoice?

I would like to attach my studio policies and a photo/video release form to my invoice to keep all of the paperwork in one place and avoid sending the client multiple emails. The invoice is a recurring one with the option for automatic payment. How do I attach contracts to a recurring invoice? The option seems to disappear once "recurring" is selected.

What device are you using to attempt to add attachments to your Invoices? - are you using the Invoices app, Point of Sale, or the Online Dashboard?
 

You should be able to add attachments to your Invoices by following these direct steps. If the option does not appear for you when creating a recurring invoice, can you try creating it as normal, adding the attachments, and then converting it to a recurring invoice?

Hi! Thank you for the response. I am using the square dashboard on my computer. Since the option didn't come up, I tried as a standard invoice, attached the contracts, then switched it to recurring. The contracts then disappeared. These are the only options that show and the add attachment only works for word documents or pdfs already downloaded on my computer. I really wanted to make use of the e-sign features on the square contracts, so that won't work for me. Do I need to try it on a different device?squarequestion.jpg

Yes, I would recommend using a separate device if possible. Even better, we may want to get some direct visibility on this issue - especially since you are seeing the contract and attachments disappear. 

 

I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team directly on this one. They can dive in with you into your account and make sure everything gets back to running smoothly.
