Are fees taken out on a daily or monthly basis?

Hello. I wanted to know if the fees charged by Square are taken out on a daily or monthly basis. If they take the fees out on a daily basis, can I opt to have them do it monthly?

The fees charged are taken out on a per transaction basis, I don't believe that can be changed.
