Appointment requests

I am trying to figure out how to set my appointment bookings by requests only. I came across the option and swore I chose it but it is still taking the regular booking option. I would like to change it to where my clients have to request their preferred date and time and I have to approve it. I can't find the option now.

Hi @Beauteecave 

The following steps should work.  This will give you the option to approve or deny requests.

 

From your Dashboard go to Appointments > Online Booking > Settings 

The first option under Reservation Guarantee should be the one that you are looking for, and then "business must accept or decline all appointments"
