Apple Pay and tax
Everything look correct on the back end to add sales tax to appropriate items on the online store. It has been working well, but then we just got an order with someone using apple pay and the taxes were not added. They told us that apple pay auto populated the shipping and billing information for them. Why wasn't the tax added. The same person tested it for us again using another payment method (same shipping and billing) and the taxes were added. Please help. How can we fix this issue?

Hey there, @VPCCMinistries -
It sounds like the billing/shipping info that the customer has linked to ApplePay was a region where sales tax doesn't need to be charged. You don't have to go into specifics, but it could be a possibility.
Please let me know if that doesn't do the trick and we can circle back.

Same thing just happened to us in FL. Both orders were placed within minutes of each other from different customers. One defaulted to "Delivery" which we don't offer. No tax was applied to either. Square needs to address this if it is a glitch.
