I would have to say our largest accomplishment was expanding our business during economic recession and inflation. After the pandemic we learned a lot about business and reducing overhead. We have been able to increase in size without drastically increasing our overhead costs and this has been just awesome. We are ready to invest in some major areas now that will in the long term provide an amazing profit for our business. We spent 2021 fine tuning internal systems which was much needed and I look forward to what 2022 has to throw at us.
We have survived through the pandemic. So far so good. We were down 70% in 2020, down 40% in 2021. We are slowly inching up and making it. Hopeful to realize profit in 2022. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
@SeasonsCafeGift That's amazing resilience.. With those numbers I'm sure you saw some hard times. I'm so glad you're here, and thank you for being a beta tester for us!

We started our business during the pandemic, so to have survived so far and starting to turn a profit is a positive achievement! People may have thought us crazy to spend some of our savings on setting up our little business and buying all the equipment etc, but so far we have done well! We are hoping to double/triple our orders for next year now we are starting to get the hang of things, and hope to be able to walk away from our "proper jobs" and get stuck in full time on our business together!

a lot has happened with my brick n mortar bakery and cookie dough cafe.
-started shipping!
- rented and renovated a larger location that we are moving too in 3 weeks!
- started offering cake!
-added another employee
-Finished an investment campaign through Mainvest
-Finished our baking e-book (which I would love to sell through square but they dont offer automated digital file downloads in the store and I have zero time for all those emails, so I am selling the e-book through payhip).
lots of progress. main goals for 2022 is to begin to pay myself and get our new larger location stable so I can take more breaks. working 85 hours+ a week is getting old.

Lol honestly- staying open, and safe. Itโs a blessing to still be in business. I wish all of you nothing but peace blessings abundance and happiness.
Its been really tough and easy! Trying to figure out how to get vouches and donations like money so we can stay open. An also trying to figure out new products along the way.
To have our Mom and Pop hoagie shop featured in the Oklahoma Today magazine. We are in small town Northern Oklahoma, and to have been in the magazine was a humbling honor... many of our regulars (and some first timers) have mentioned it to us...
2021 turn out to be a great year! We are focusing for more events on our list.?itโs a family business and we stay low because of man power we ca handle so far no complaints

We sold out!
As a Christmas Tree lot, we have three and a half weeks to sell Christmas trees to the public. It's an intense ride that can't be stopped or slowed once your doors are open. In that crucibal of sales and service, having trees left over at the end is a heartbreak, but this year, we got it just right, selling over 650 trees in just 2 weeks.
Making it on the Forbes Next 1000 list this past wednesday
Congratulations....What a great accomplishment!!!!

We survived a break in and bounced back better than ever! Our community supported us and helped us rebuild what was broken/stolen. We continue to grow and even won a "Best of Phoenix 2021" award from Phoenix New Times. The growth and support is allowing us to move to a larger retail space in 2022 that's more than triple the size we're in now. We're very thankful and SO EXCITED!
