Using Square Team Communication is easy:

Sign up for a 30-day free trial for Square Team Communication

Download the latest version of the Team app on iOS or Android and log in using your Square email and password

Click on the “Messages” tab in the Square Team app and start a message

If you don’t have any team members added to Square, visit Staff > Team in your Square Dashboard and invite a team member
The cost for all of the communication tools available through Square Team Communication is $2.00 per team member (including the account owner) per month. Subscribers will be charged for a minimum of two team members. Pricing will update to $3.50 per team member per month once the promotional offer ends on November 21, 2023.
