We have made it easier for you to search for a customer across your entire franchise.
To help you better manage and triage customer support inquiries, we are enabling a customer search capability to allow you to search for customers across your entire franchise by name, email, and phone # from within your Square operating merchant account.
From the search results, you can view customer contact information and time & location(s) visited.
This feature will help you triage customer support inquiries from your Website or other touchpoints.
To access this feature, you can login to your Square operating account and go to Marketing & loyalty > Customer Directory. From that page, click Franchise Directory.
You can also access it through your Square for Franchises dashboard by selecting Franchise Directory under Customers
