We’ve removed the postal code requirement to process payments in Canada!
To make the experience smoother for you and your customers, we’ve removed the postal code field for manually-entered payments. This includes Square Invoices, Virtual Terminal, and manually keyed-in payments via point of sale.
Since customers don't always have postal codes, or aren't certain which postal code is on file with their card-issuing bank, we wanted to simplify the process for you by removing this requirement.
