Switch User Without Loosing Bill - Square Restaurant & Register

Is there a way to switch team member on the restaurant pos, without loosing the bill of the current logged in user?

We run busy outdoor bars - a server may start to ring items up then go away and pour drinks before the sale is complete. Currently if another server comes along and clicks logout to ring through their own order then when the previous team member logs back in the previous bill is cleared.

This is currently a feature request for the Team Management setup. At the moment, the only workaround would be for the server to save the incomplete sales as an Open Ticket first before logging out so that it doesn't get lost. 

 

If you haven't join already, I would encourage you to check out our Beta Community to join and potentially get access to new features first when we test them out.
